Solution
Changed  mailing piece design to Letter Size Self Mailer. 
Cost per mailing of processing and postage $1302 @ 4 = $5208.00 
Total savings $7536.00

Situation
Annual Insurance Plan Renewals

Problem
27,056 pieces, Heavy weight 10 x 13 mailing.  89 different lists with each having different letters & insurance plans.  Must be out in 2 weeks  from when client contacted us or legal penalties.  Client did the mailing last time and it took 6 weeks to process resulting in having to go 1st Cl postage to meet delivery timeline.  Postage cost was $42,000 more than Std A.

Solution
Established a quality control system for 100% accuracy in making sure the 89 different lists and contents were accurate.  Out in 5 days.  Changed to Automation Std A with drop shipment to closer postal facilities resulting in over $47,000 in postage savings.
