Preparing your file to send to us (if exporting to PDF):
Mac Users:

Download: Mac OSX 10.6 Printer Driver on 32 and 64 Bit Environments (57.4 MB)

Install:

1. Uncompress the .iso file on an Intel MAC OSX system by double clicking on it.
   
   
2. To install drivers, click on "User Software" disc icon and then the "OSX" folder, then open the "Printer Driver" folder and double click on the "OSX installer.mpkg" package. Note: If you are not logged in as the administrator, Mac OSX will require you to enter a root password.
   
   
3. Follow the installer dialog by entering the appropriate responses for user agreement and installation.
   
   
4. Navigate to "Print & Fax" and install the printer. Once installed, you will see it in your drop down list of Adobe PDF Presets, please select this option when exporting your PDF(s) to send to us.

Windows Users:

Download: Click here to go to the Konica web site where you can choose the appropriate Postscript PPD for the version of Windows you are currently running on your PC.
